beyondBFL for PalmOS® PDAs is an integrated extention of bodyADVANCE for PalmOS®. It is intended for advanced users and individuals who require more flexibility than the BFL training system. It allows for systems such as split and pyramid routines.

beyondBFL can be used with both bodyADVANCE for PalmOS® and bodyADVANCE Desktop.

Register either bodyADVANCE for PalmOS® or beyondBFL for PalmOS® and receive an unlock key that converts both from demo to registered.


bodyADVANCE Desktop  (separate registration required) adds many features not available within the PalmOS® environment:

• New Cycle function to create a customized beyondBFL cycle to your needs or use the predefined 'Body for LIFE' or 'reverse BFL'.
• Copy previous data and plan nutrition and workout/training.
• Print out any of your data, recipe, supplement or exercise information.
• Create a meal plan with randomly choosen meals from the favourites on your quick access list.
• Even more powerful Meal Maker.
• Built-in web browser to download authorized meals or research supplements.
• Powerful copy command to copy some or all aspects of a training day to another.
• Easily modify Quick list and Master List items.
• Backup your data to disk or other location.
• Export your data in spread sheet format
• Save a previous cycles data before creating a new one.
• Create 2 and 3D graphs of your data.

bodyADVANCE is the ultimate tool to keep you motivated and on track with Body for LIFE. When combined with bodyADVANCE Desktop this is the easiest to use, most effective fitness system available. Extensive online help is available while using the application by taping the silk screen menu icon. The latest Palm OS PDAs can take advantage of full color hi-res or grey scale easy to recognize icons and screen layouts. Windows users and Mac users with Virtual PC can use the conduit application bodyADVANCE Desktop (separate registration required) to edit bodyADVANCE Palm data on their Desktop computers between Hotsyncs.
